# A focused build session

This is an optional working format, not a scheduled event or a claim that a live room is available. A group can adapt it to its own pace or work asynchronously.

## Before starting

Agree on one question, one useful output and one place to record decisions. Use a pseudonym if you prefer. Confirm what can be shared.

## Suggested sequence

1. Frame the question. Each contributor states what they understand and what is uncertain.
2. Inspect the evidence. Open the original source and record the relevant dates and limitations.
3. Make one thing. Draft a brief, explanation, test or small prototype that addresses the question.
4. Review one decision. Ask a precise question about correctness, clarity, accessibility or the next step.
5. Keep the result. Update the contribution record with the work actually completed and the evidence available.
